SN-13-14 Attention of all Officers and Staff working at JNCH is invited to Boards Circular No. 22/2012 dated 07.08.2012 and Standing Order No. 26/2012 dated 12.09.2012 issued by Commissioner of Customs (Export) Nhava Sheva. December-2014
SN-12-14 In view of introduction of Risk Management System (RMS) facility to the exports made through Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House the review of Standing orders No. 54/2007, 54/2008, 4/2009, 13/209, 20/2009, S/O 37/2009, S/O 48/2010, S/O 66/2010, S/O 42/2011 was initiated. To facilitate trade and for better compliance this consolidated standing order is issued which shall substitute all the above referre` d standing orders. 17-December-2014

The detailed procedure for clearance of Shipping Bills on implementation of RMS under the Indian Customs EDI System (ICES) is given below. Certain guidelines to the Local Risk Manager (LRM) officers are also given. 05-May-2014
SN-4-14 Attention of all concerned is invited to Board’s Circular No. 14/2009/Cus dated 06-05-2009 and Circular No. 13/2011-Cus dated 28-02-2011 wherein attention was invited to Provision of Plant Quarantine (Import of Goods in India) Order, 2003 which also outlines mandatory requirements of compliance of ISPM for imported goods. 13-March-2014
