STANDING ORDER No. 13 /2014

Attention of all Officers and Staff working at JNCH is invited to Boards Circular No. 22/2012 dated 07.08.2012 and Standing Order No. 26/2012 dated 12.09.2012 issued by Commissioner of Customs (Export) Nhava Sheva.

7.In addition to the existing facility it has been decided to extend the 24×7 facility w.e.f. 5th January, 2015 to the below mentioned categories of exports also:
iii)Exports of perishable goods (fruits, meats tamarind products etc.) under Duty Drawback Scheme where no pre-requirement from Regulatory Authorities is prescribed; and,
iv)RMS facilitated Drawback Shipping Bills where no examination order or no pre-requirement from Regulatory Authorities is prescribed.

8.The officers posted in the second shift between 10 P.M. to 10 A.M. will attend to the operations in respect of categories of Shipping Bills mentioned at Para 2 above in addition to the categories of Shipping Bills covered by Standing Order No. 26/2012 dated 12.09.2012.

9.Officers shall be available in the second shift at the following CFS (mentioned in column No. 3 of table below) to cater to the clearances in the cluster of CFSs mentioned against them in column No. 4 below:

10. All other conditions and procedures laid down in Standing Order No. 26/2012 dated 12.09.2012 would remain the same and 24×7 facility shall be applicable to categories of export consignments covered in referred S/O.

11.Difficulties faced, if any, in implementation of the above said 24×7 Customs clearance facility may be brought to the notice of Appraising Main (Export) Section.
